Chocolate Chip Cookies

1 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
3/4 cup Butter (soft)
3/4 cup Margarine (soft)
4 Eggs
4 1/2 cups Flour

In a mixer with a flat whipping paddle on the highest speed, blend sugars, butter and margarine until creamy and lighter in color. Lower the mixing speed to medium and add 4 whole eggs one at a time until totally blended in. In a separate bowl add 4 1/2 cups of flour with 1/2 tsp salt and a 1/2 tsp baking soda. Put the mixer on the slowest speed and slowly add the flour mixture. As soon as the flour is blended add 3 cups of chocolate chips.

Chicken Salad

5 pieces of oven baked chicken breast (chilled and cubed)
2/3 cup of diced white or red onion
1 cup diced celery
1 1/3 cup heavy mayonnaise
Seasoned salt to taste

Honey Mustard Dressing

1 cup Brown Mustard
2 cups Mayonnaise
1/4 bunch of Cilantro (leaves and stems cleaned and drained)
3/4 cup Honey
Blend all together in food processor
