The Turning Point Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit LADACIN Network‏

The Turning Point Restaurants hosted a weekend fundraiser on January 29th and 30th to benefit LADACIN Network. This was the fifth annual event, raising over $9,800 to support the agency’s educational, therapeutic, social, residential and support services. The Turning Point locations in Long Branch, Little Silver, Holmdel, Manalapan and Westfield participated. Over our five years, this event has raised over $37,000. The success of the fundraiser is owed to the warmth and enthusiasm of our Turning Point staff members and owners, Kirk and Pam Ruoff. Our managers visit LADACIN’s schools and Technical Education Centers to learn first-hand about the Agency’s mission. We rally support for LADACIN by promoting the fundraiser for weeks in advance. Diners making a contribution to LADACIN receive a generous coupon for a future visit to our restaurants. LADACIN Network serves over 2,600 infants, children and adults with cerebral palsy and other multiple physical and developmental disabilities in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. For more information, call Luisa Vroman, Director of Development at 732-493-5900, ext 266 or visit www.ladacin.org
